Join us at the Bamfield Marine Sciences Centre for Getting Published: From Manuscript Preparation to Acceptance, an immersive, week-long workshop designed to help researchers navigate every stage of manuscript preparation and the publication process.
Learn directly from experienced editors from Ecology and Evolution, Journal of Biogeography, Molecular Ecology, and Proceedings of the Royal Society of London: Biological Sciences through seminars on manuscript preparation, technical writing, and publishing strategies. Science Communication for an Ever-Changing World, Workshop with Niki Wilson September 23rd – 27th
Instructor Niki Wilson will guide students through the how, when, and why of mastering science communication to public audiences through different mediums. This workshop also explores how to navigate the ever-changing communication landscapes and technologies in order to effectively communicate science to inspire and engage audiences, and help foster data-driven and science-backed change in our world.
