On June 25, we were visited by David Rockefeller Jr, his wife Susan, and friends from the Rockefeller Foundation and Oceana, who stopped in for a tour during their sailing trip around Vancouver Island. They were very interested in our student activities, and impressed by our location and facilities – an approachable friendly crew, full of interesting questions! David Rockefeller Jr. is a philanthropist and active participant in nonprofit and environmental areas, and Susan Rockefeller is a respected documentary filmmaker, author and environmentalist, on Board of Directors of Oceana. |
