“Tall ships and uncharted islands: Exploring Myanmar’s Myek Archipelago.”Dr. Orr first first came to BMSC as a University of Victoria summer undergraduate student. His PhD is from the University of Calgary in marine neuroecology and ecophysiology. He has been a faculty member at Cape Breton University since 2012, the captain of the sailing vessel IO, and has recently accepted a faculty position at the University of Guam.
