Availability: For conferences, please book at least one year in advance. For workshops, please book at least 6 months in advance. Bookings are more likely to be approved in our shoulder seasons or off-season including the end of August, and October through March.
Cancellation Policy: 6 months full refund, 3 months 50% refund, 1 month prior no refund.
Licensed venue: Our venue may be licensed via a Special Event Liquor License to sell/distribute liquor. Please be sure to ask about this well in advance.
