Business CO-OP/Intern work opportunity at Bamfield Builders Supply
Location: Bamfield, BC

Bamfield Builders Supply Store has been serving the small remote community of Bamfield since 1994. Bamfield is located on the west coast of Vancouver Island, at the end of the iconic West Coast Trail and a rough 75km logging road. Bamfield Building Supply is one of only four retail stores in the community, which consists of two general stores, one marine repair shop and Bamfield Builders hardware store. This makes the building store a critical piece of infrastructure in the community, being the only supplier of not only building and home repair supplies but also household, gardening, electrical, outdoor items and more. Bamfield, although small and remote, is expecting a stage of rapid growth in the near future with the construction of an improved road to connect the community to the rest of Vancouver Island.
